The Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is the country’s largest military advocacy organization, serving more than 350,000 members and their families. Their existing website was struggling to retain member engagement — hard to navigate, inconsistent in brand, and lacking the personalized experience members expected.
The redesign restructured MOAA’s information architecture, simplified navigation, and built a personalized content experience that surfaced the right information to the right audience segments — with email templates designed alongside to create a cohesive experience across channels. The result: a 30% decrease in bounce rate, a 43% increase in average session duration, and a Communicator Award of Excellence.
