The Air Force Association is a nonprofit military and aerospace education organization serving airmen, their families, and civilians across 200 chapters nationwide — but its website was outdated and failing to attract a younger generation of members.

Working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AFA’s strategy shifted from organization-first to member-first — with a rebuilt information architecture, bold photography, and a design that balanced sophistication with broad accessibility. Average session time increased by 20.3% and time on page more than doubled.
